No. They just tap a link. No app, no account, no payment.

Open the chat, tap Export chat and choose Without media, or Include media to add photos from the chat. Our guide shows the steps for Android and iPhone.

Yes. Export with media and pick up to 10 photos. They stay on your device until you pay, and each one can become a "When was this photo sent?" question in the Story.

Yes. The At work edition turns a team chat, such as a Slack channel, into a Story that honours one colleague, for a work anniversary, a promotion, a farewell or a monthly or yearly review. It celebrates. It never rates anyone. HR matters like salary and disciplinary talk are left out on your device.

Yes. You see every moment first. Keep, remove, reorder or hide words. Real messages stay exactly as they were sent.

Yes. Pick a date and time, and add a PIN if you like.

Stories need at least 200 messages over 14 days. Shorter chats can still make a free Card.

Not yet. Tangu works with chats between two people. Together lets many people add their own chats.

Your chat is read on your phone. After you pay, only the messages needed to build your Story are uploaded, and they're deleted within 24 hours.

No. The only exception is when someone reports a Tangu and we must review it, and that access is logged.

Only people with the link can open it. Add a PIN for extra privacy. Link previews never show your moments.

They can report it from the link, and we hide it while we review.

Cards are free. A Story is KES 499. Together is KES 1,499. You pay once. No subscriptions.

With M-Pesa (you'll get a prompt on your phone) or a Visa or Mastercard.

Check your phone is on and connected, then tap Send it again. If money left your account, don't pay again. We'll match it automatically.

Yes, within 24 hours of paying, as long as nobody has opened your Story yet. If we can't build your Story, we refund you automatically.

Yes. It's a web page. You don't need to sign in or pay.

Ask the person who sent it. Tangu can't see or reset PINs.
